Does anyone else feel the odd need to start singing Fergalicious when the word fitness is used in a sentence? ‘Cause right now I’m breaking it down behind this keyboard.
Anyway I lost 1.5 pounds last week *pat on back*….but probs gained it back after an adventure (and my first time! whaaaaaa?!) to Cheesecake Factory. Needless to say I’m not weighing myself until Saturday. Back to the gym tomorrow!!!!! 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights. Sound good? I think so.
Hannah is quite possibly the funniest YouTube personality/human being I have come across. Her weekly videos “My Drunk Kitchen” are hilarious and her personal vlog page is full of heartfelt (and still hilarious) messages.
Oh and she has a song about cheese on itunes….so yea.

ATTENTION INTERNET THIS IS IMPORTANT!
Ok not really, but now that I have your attention you can like this or reblog it. Or hunt down my Pinterest page and like things(!!!) or like a Facebook status! Or just stalk me in general (cyber creepers only, real life ones are just weird and I don’t know-oddly social…)
Kidding about all of that of course (ummm kinda). Seriously, though the internet is turning everyone into attention whores. Few feel satisfied until someone electronically “likes” their interests. People change their profile pictures until someone likes it (or is that just me?) Personally, I feel a grandiose amount of joy when I’m repinned on Pinterest. It validates my excellent taste in all things workout and quote related.
My point being, does anyone verbally tell another they like something these days?
